9xoo Terms and Conditions — Know all the terms before use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 9xoo platform (9xoo.app) and applies to all of its services. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you and 9xoo. 9xoo is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform specifically serving users in Bangladesh.

9xoo's Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the update date will be shown. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

• These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account on 9xoo, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to meet any one of them gives 9xoo the right to terminate your account.

• One Person, One Account: Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and all deposited funds being forfeited.
• Accurate Information: The name, address, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (Know Your Customer) is mandatory before making a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your withdrawal being held.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

9xoo offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers available to both new and existing users. However, each bonus comes with specific terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new account holders one time only. Specific wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements: Before placing bets with bonus funds, read the full details of the relevant promotion. A wagering requirement of typically 10–30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: 9xoo reserves the right to cancel the account and bonuses of any user found exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.

9xoo supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking services and bank transfers in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Accepted Methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT crypto.
• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka). Maximum limits vary by payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka). KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawal.
• Processing Time: Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 9xoo acknowledges an error on its part.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
• Event Cancellation: If a game or event is cancelled, 9xoo will refund the stake for that bet.
• Technical Issues: If a bet is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or server issue, 9xoo will make a decision based on the last recorded data.
• Maximum Win Limit: Each game and betting section has a maximum win limit, which is specified in the rules for that section.
• Fair Play: 9xoo uses RNG (Random Number Generator) certified technology that is regularly audited by international certification bodies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9xoo platform. If any user is found to be involved in any of these, their account will be permanently suspended and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

• Multi-Account: Creating or using multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts in the names of family members or friends in order to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt involving illicit funds or suspicious transactions.
• Software Manipulation: Using automated bots, hacking tools, or any software to defraud the platform.
• Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to compromise the platform's servers, database, or security infrastructure.
• Third-Party Payments: Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account.
• Identity Verification: Operating an account using another person's identity.

9xoo takes the security of your personal information very seriously. We comply with international data protection standards and your information is never sold to third parties.

• Third-Party Damages: If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence, 9xoo bears no responsibility.
• Market Changes: 9xoo is not liable for any losses resulting from changes in sports event outcomes or odds.
• Maximum Liability: In any dispute, 9xoo's maximum liability is limited to the amount of funds held in your account.

9xoo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if that account is found to have violated the rules.

• Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time. The support team will complete the process within 48 hours.
• Forfeitable Funds: If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus funds will be forfeited. However, you may submit a request for the return of your actual deposited funds.
• Re-registration: Users with permanently banned accounts are not eligible to open a new account.
