To register at 9xoo, you need an active mobile number or email address, a strong password, and your date of birth. Registration is not available to users under 18. You may also be asked to provide your National ID or passport details later for KYC verification.

No, each person is allowed only one account at 9xoo. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and any accumulated balance being forfeited. Stay safe and stick to one account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at 9xoo is just BDT 200. This limit applies across all three payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though larger transactions may require additional verification.
